Meghan Markle Wore a ’00s-Inspired French Manicure for Her Latest Public Outing
Meghan Markle is well-known for her minimalist looks, whether it’s her makeup, hair, or nails. It’s no secret that colorful and bold shades are against the royal protocol. According to the unwritten rules, everyone in the royal family should keep things natural and neutral. However, Markle’s latest manicure didn’t quite follow royal beauty traditions. Take a look at her most recent nail design, which was heavily Mean Girls-inspired.
Meghan Markle and Her Classic French Manicure
On January 23, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended the official premiere of Bob Marley: One Love in Kingston, Jamaica. As always, the Duchess of Sussex looked elegant and classy with her low bun and natural makeup. So far, so good, according to the royal "rules." The manicure, however, wasn't as neutral as the rest of Markle's look. She had opted for a classic square French manicure that looked like the one Rachel McAdams had in Mean Girls in 2004.
